We ship across the United States. Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2–3 business days, with care taken to keep your treats fresh in transit. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Freshness
Our treats are made with clean ingredients and no artificial preservatives, so we recommend enjoying them within the freshness window printed on each package. Many of our treats also freeze beautifully.
Returns
Because our products are perishable food items, we're unable to accept returns. Your satisfaction matters to us, though — if anything arrives damaged or isn't right, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
